We were tasked to create a brand identity for a start-up makeup artistry business targeting young females looking for a premium makeup artist.
As part of the brand identity we were asked to create print media in the form of a stationary pack and promotional banner artwork for exhibitions.
Our client also requested a website to showcase their work and the services they offer whilst being easy to navigate without compromising on functionality.
We created a seamless elegant brand identity with the premium feel as requested by the client which encompassed digital and print media. The stationary pack comprised of business cards, letter heads and compliment slips and a banner was created for exhibition shows to showcase the clients work and drive traffic to their website.
We created a website where the user was drawn in immediately as the homepage allowed the client to showcase some of their best work. The gallery, which would be the core of the website and essentially act as the salespitch for our client, was custom designed to allow users to browse through images and view them larger if desired.
Our research showed social networking plays a significant role within the makeup industry and so we incorporated social media sharing tailored to each social network which can then link back to the client's website, driving traffic.
We custom built the website to be viewable on any device with a focus on desktop, tablet and mobile. This included ensuring all content, including the imagery, were displayed correctly on any device.
As our client is a mobile business we created a bespoke contact system whereby their clients can reach them when they are on the go.
